Policy Committee
 

Objectives

  1. To identify key advocacy, policy and legislative issues related to making Nurse Managed Health Centers a viable option in communities across the nation.
  2. To educate and inform policy makers, legislators and the public about these centers and what is needed in the policy and legislative arenas to support and increase the presence of the centers in communities.
  3. To serve as a central mechanism to identify strategies that will coordinate, organize and leverage policy and legislative efforts on behalf of nurse-managed health centers.
  4. To work collaboratively among colleagues and organizations to “speak with one voice” for the advancement of Nurse Managed Health Centers.
 
Evaluation Committee
 

Objectives

  1. To develop and execute an evaluation plan to document the processes used by the Network to achieve its goals and objectives and to measure the outcomes achieved.
  2. To actively participate with other Network Committees in the development of tools and databases designed to document and evaluate clinical and business practices in nurse-managed centers.
  3. To assist other Network committees and work groups to evaluate their work.
  4. To disseminate evaluation findings.
