The Institute for Nursing Centers (INC) has developed a survey tool to collect standardized data on nurse-managed health centers (NMHCs) delivering primary care. The tool is the outcome of a national consensus conference held with leaders in the fields of nurse-managed health and primary care informatics, in Washington , DC , December 2004. This initiative – funded by the W. K. Kellogg Foundation – will be the first national repository of data for nurse managed health centers.
