Financial Data Survey (collecting data for fiscal year 2007/2008), please email

An Excel-based tool
has been created to facilitate data entry. The tool will be sent
to you via electronic mail. Upon completion of the survey, an
immediate data report will be available to you.
An introductory
web-based tutorial will be scheduled in mid July.
Please call or email the Institute for Nursing Centers at any time if you have questions about the process or if you would like clarification on any item on the tool.
